Rental Conditions relating to lease of cottage Bjerregårdsvej, 6960 Hvide Sande

As security for the tenant's obligations relating to the key delivery, payment of consumption-related costs such as electricity consumption, damages or to recover not completed or defective final cleaning, houseowner collects a deposit of kr. 800

Holiday house inhabited maximum of 6 persons, set out in the description in the owner's web site. It is posible to include children under 3 years beyond allowable personal number.

By overcrowding holiday house the homeowners have the right to reject the excess number of persons.

Lease starts normally on Saturday and occupation may take place after kl. 15.00.

At lease termination must leave the tenant leave the house at last. 10.00. - final cleaning must be done!

Electricity consumption; Price per. kWh of electricity is currently DDK. 2.00

Final cleaning may be ordered from the owner and costs DKK 600, - but tenant´s must leave the house in tidy condition and dishwashing must be implemented so the kitchen service is left in clean condition.

Tents and caravans on the land is not permitted.

 

Cleaning the holiday house is the tenant's responsibility. 

The house is not rented to youth groups or individuals under 25 years.

It is allowed to bring pets in the house.

 

It is not allowed to smoke in the house.

If the tenant or one of his companions neglect vacation house or grossly neglects his duties, then the owner may immediately terminate rental. The owner retains his right to further compensation beyond the rental and deposit until all costs are calculated and paid. Any additional costs of return borne by the tenant himself.

If the holiday house is not ready for occupation as vacation homeowners of unforeseen reasons (eg. Building damage) can not observe the agreement reached. In this case the lessee has already paid the rental amounts.

The owner wishes all customers a pleasant holiday stay. Should there be any defects or faults, so avoid getting ruined holiday joy of minor errors and shortcomings. Notify the site owner immediately so that he can make the necessary actions to put things right as soon as possible.
